Dalry Town Hall AGM

Prior to the AGM we had an open evening to show off the improvements that have been made so far from 7pm to 8pm with free tea and coffee etc. Many Dalry residents came along for a look.

Everyone living in the parish of Dalry was welcome to attend.

If you have any comments to make on or about the due process or would like a copy of the minutes, please send them to the Secretary - Maggi Kaye on 01644 430 162 or by Email to the Town Hall Secretary please.

Everyone who came was allowed to vote for any or all committee members or any other points raised.

AOCB - Discussions & Comments

Charitable Status is to be applied for for the Town Hall, this will give access to more funds and grants.
Entertainment costs and sound & lighting viability and feasibility were discussed.
Finance reports were read out and breakdown of costs were also given, these will be made available at a later date.

The Farmers Market which started in February 2007 has proven to be such a success, it will now take place monthly on the second Saturday of each month until further notice
