HALL HIRE CHARGES FOR 2009/10

The following rates will be charged for the use of Dalry Town Hall as agreed by the Dalry Town Hall Management Committee (DTHMC) from 1st July 2006 – the charges will be reviewed annually by the DTHMC on the 1st April each year.


CHARITY AND LOCAL COMMUNITY USERS -  BASED WITHIN THE GLENKENS
ALL YEAR
£6.00 per hour  
Please note:
Electricity will be charged at the tariff prevailing at time of hire - currently £0.30p per unit


COMMERCIAL ORGANISATIONS AND NEW USERS -  BASED OUTWITH GLENKENS
ALL YEAR
£15.00 per hour (Tariff is inclusive of hall hire, use of kitchen and electricity)

NB
1.If the heating is used before an event there will be a charge AT THE CURRENT RATE of £4.00 per hour .  Electricity prices are subject to change and therefore the DTHMC reserve the right to change the tariff accordingly without notice. Users will be notified of any necessary changes to the published tariffs.

2.If the Event License requires the presence of the Hall Keeper while the public are in the hall, then a charge of £6.00 per hour or part thereof will be levied.

3.Additional staging, lighting, sound and audiovisual equipment, together with experienced technicians can be supplied for your event on request.  An additional charge will be made for this service.  Charge on application.

4.Should the event require additional cleaning services beyond that which would normally be expected then a charge of £6.00 per hour or part thereof will be levied
